Nearly all building and development begins with the purchase of raw land. In the current financing environment, many conventional lending sources such as banks, savings and loans and pension funds are often not interested in raw land and/or development financing.
WRC has sources within its investor/lender network that can provide its clients the capital resources (both debt and equity) to purchase raw land for the development of residential subdivisions, mixed-use residential/resort projects or commercial developments. Our alternative lending sources have expertise in the evaluation and financing of raw, undeveloped land, and work with our clients to create development strategies to secure the highest possible loan-to-value ratio on the underlying land collateral. WRC also provides advice to clients in securing the highest and best use from the land plus alternative financing techniques to enhance property value.
